How long are your sessions?

Sessions range from 30 – 120 minutes (we decide the actual duration during each session).

Most sessions are typically 60 minutes.

How much do you charge?
You decide the monetary exchange for the session value.
Why do you have a range for the session duration and no specific fee?

That’s due to my philosophy of life.

My primary purpose is to serve you in a way that results in the highest good for all.

What is the difference between therapy/counseling and coaching?
In coaching, I don’t “assess,” “diagnose,” or “treat.”
